The home owners association had called CCS sales after seeing our ad in the local paper. Robert Schmitt of CCS went to Frisco and met with the home owners to discuss the benefits of installing the patented Bylin RIM ice melt system.

Previous attempts to solve their ice dam problems had not worked.

After review and checking existing references they decided to have the RIM system installed. The system was installed on portions of five individual units.

The association is delighted with the performance of the RIM system. It has eleminated the ice dam problems at the locations where the systems were installed.
